Gulmarg, Jammu and Pahalgam Tour Overview

5 Nights 6 Days tour covering Srinagar Sonmarg Gulmarg and Pahalgam with accommodation in 3 Star hotel or houseboat and MAP meal plan. Gulmarg, Jammu and Pahalgam Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Jammu to Srinagar

Arrive in Jammu where a representative will meet you and assist with transfer to Srinagar the pride of the Kashmir valley. Known for its picturesque lakes dotted with iconic Shikaras and Mughal Gardens transfer to your hotel on arrival. Spend the rest of the day at leisure and in the evening enjoy a romantic Shikara ride to Nehru Park across Dal Lake. Dinner and overnight stay at the Srinagar hotel.

Day 2

Srinagar Local

After breakfast enjoy a drive through New Srinagar city crossing the Abdullah Bridge over the Jhelum River and experience a 1 hour Shikara ride on the serene Dal Lake. Proceed for sightseeing visiting world famous Mughal Gardens including Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh set against the Zabarwan hills. Return for dinner and overnight stay at the houseboat or hotel in Srinagar.

Day 3

Srinagar to Sonmarg (Day Excursion)

Post breakfast proceed for a day trip to Sonmarg at 2 667 m which is a gateway to high alpine treks and snow capped peaks. Enroute visit the sacred Kheer Bhawani Temple and upon arrival explore the stunning Thajiwas Glacier with pony or local transport available at own cost. Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

Srinagar to Gulmarg (Day Excursion)

After breakfast drive to Gulmarg at 2,730 m, Asia's top ski destination and home to the world's highest 18-hole golf course. Experience the famous Gulmarg Gondola ride to Khilanmarg Phase 1 and Phase 2 for breathtaking Himalayan panoramas with gondola tickets payable at your own cost. Explore St. Mary's Church and Maharani Temple before returning to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5

Srinagar to Pahalgam (Day Excursion)

Enjoy breakfast before departing for Pahalgam at 2 130 m situated at the confluence of Lidder River and Sheshnag streams. Explore Betaab Valley Chandanwari and take an optional horse ride to Baisaran Valley Mini Switzerland at own cost. Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6

Srinagar to Jammu

After breakfast check out from the hotel. Driver will assist with transfer to Jammu Airport or Railway Station for onward journey concluding the tour with fond memories of Kashmir.
